David M. Kirk, Jr., 51, of Richmond Dale, passed at 1:07 a.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center following an extended illness.
He was born February 14, 1974, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to David M. Kirk Sr. and Marilyn M. Peoples Kirk Day. On December 13, 2013, he married the former Ginnifer A. Ours-Estep who survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Marilyn M. (JR Elliott) Day, loving aunt, Diana Easterday, of Chillicothe; children, Ashley Kirk, of Jacksonville, FL, Londis Kirk, Mary Lou Kirk, Mike (Hopelyn) Estep Jr, and Bailey (Adam) Estep, all of Richmond Dale; grandchildren, Oaklyn and Mikey III; a sister, Dionne Kirk, of Chillicothe; a niece, Diana Archey, of Bainbridge; and a nephew, Ethan Archey, of Chillicothe. He was predeceased by his father, David M. Kirk, Sr. and grandparents, Londis and Mary Kirk and Maudie Maxwell.
David was a truck driver. He also enjoyed fishing and camping with his family and friends. David had a passionate love for cars, especially his 1983 El Camino built by David and his father. He was a member of Richmond Dale Church of God.
A celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
