Debra Sue Masters

     Debra Sue Masters, 65, of Chillicothe, passed at 3:59 p.m. Saturday, January 15, 2022 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

     She was born May 1, 1956, in Kalamazoo, MI, to the late Chester and Roxie Marie McGuire Bennett.

     Surviving are sons, Michael (Kelly) Palmer, of Waverly and Chad Palmer, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Emma Palmer, Jaxon Palmer, Timothy Palmer and Marissa Palmer; great grandchildren, Asher and Aspen Bethel; a brother, Steven (Samantha) Bennett, of Houston, TX; and several nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special cousin who was also her caregiver, Tina Barr.  She was predeceased by a son, Leon Palmer.

     Debra was a baker and sold her baked goods at the local Farmers Market held on Saturday mornings at the Ross County Service Center and other local area events.

     In keeping with her wishes, Debra will be cremated.  A private memorial service will be held for family at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.

     Memorial contributions may be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with her funeral expenses.
