Duran S. Caudill

     Duran S. Caudill, 62, of Chillicothe, passed at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2025 in OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

     He was born April 28, 1963, in Chillicothe, to the late William and Janice Gleason Caudill.  On July 4, 2015, he married the former Teresa A. Poole Benson who survives.

     In addition to his wife, surviving are sons, Patrick (Jessica Benson) Benson, Michael (Blossom) Benson, and Craig (Cheree) Benson; a brother-in-law, Dwayne (Sharon) Poole; and his mother-in-law, Lillie Poole, all of Chillicothe; uncle and aunt, James and Sue Caudill, of Florida; many cousins.  He was predeceased by his father, William Caudill; mother and step father, Janice and Donald Liebe; and a brother, Randy Van Caudill. 

     Duran worked in the construction trade his entire life will be remembered for his hard work ethic.  He loved people and would help anyone he could.  More than anything, Duran loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.  He will be greatly missed. 

     A celebration of his life will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 137 University Drive, Chillicothe, Ohio.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
