Dustin T. Black, 42, of Chillicothe, passed on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at his residence unexpectedly.
He was born January 31, 1982, in Washington C.H., Ohio.
Surviving are his mother, Deborah Peterson Fulton, of Chillicothe; father, Kenneth (Cathy Templin) Black, of Washington C.H.; brothers, Cory Black, of Chillicothe, Brady (Jessica) Black, of Jackson; sisters, Brittany (Kelsey McDonald) Fulton, of Chillicothe and Bridget Black, of Chillicothe; aunts, Pam Preston, of Frankfort and Kristie Miner, of Greenfield; an uncle, Dave Peterson, of Chillicothe; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and his faithful companions, his two cats, Sutphen and Sony and his dog, Sookie.
Dustin was a 2000 graduate of Adena High School where he was a member of the school Marching Band. He had worked as an E.M.T. for Life Ambulance. Dustin enjoyed spending time outdoors and landscaping. He was an avid collector of all things vintage.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
