Elaine Nancy Gleason, age 74, passed away unexpectedly on Monday November 15, 2021. She was born on September 26, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio. Elaine was a waitress at Patton’s Restaurant in 1964, where she met the love of her life, Gary Gleason. They married January 20, 1967 at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and have been inseparable ever since. They raised two beautiful daughters, Pam and Cindy. During their fifty plus years together, they owned and operated many businesses. Most recently she and Gary developed and operated Gleason’s Clearview Meadows Manufactured Housing Community.
Elaine enjoyed cooking and caring for others. She and Gary would spend weekends up at Lake Erie where they have a gorgeous place and would enjoy boating, singing, laughing, and spending time with lifelong friends. She loved going to the island and enjoyed the music, the shops, the sights and sharing that time with others. They opened their place to anyone and everyone. She and Gary built a beautiful life together.
Elaine knew no stranger and was loved by everyone. She loved unconditionally and will be missed by us all.
