Ema "Irma" L. Holley

     Ema L. “Irma” Holley, 87, of Chillicothe, passed at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in The Vineyards at Concord following an extended illness.

     She was born May 17, 1937, in Elliott County, Kentucky, to the late Arthur and Elsie Lester Blevins. 

     Surviving are three grandsons; a sister, Maxine Horsley, of Cincinnati; a brother, Delbert Blevins, of Marysville; and many nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Kevin (Lisa) Blevins, of Chillicothe, who took excellent care of her the last 2 years of her life.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Darlene “Susie” Cash; brothers, Silas, Lowell, Talmadge, Amos and Delmer Blevins; and sisters, Ivalene Sparks and Katie Scott.

     The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to the staff of NCR Hospice for the wonderful care given to Irma and compassion shown to our family during Irma’s illness.

     Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, August 25, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Roger Cummings officiating.  Burial will be held in Little Mound Cemetery.  Visitation will be held in the WARE FUNERAL HOME one hour prior to the funeral service on Sunday.
