Eric Matthew Halasz Obituary

Eric Matthew Halasz, 38, of Clarksburg, passed at 12:48 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2022 in the Adena Regional Medical Center unexpectedly.

He was born December 29, 1983, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Paula Halasz who survives. Also surviving are a brother, Alex Halasz, of Chillicothe and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Steven M. Halasz; grandparents, Bob and Dottie Halasz; and an uncle, Joe Halasz.

Eric dedicated his life to helping others, always willing to offer a helping hand whenever and wherever he was needed. He had worked for MPW at Kenworth Truck Company and also for TriMold, LLC.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Fr. Timothy Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Wednesday.
