Frank W. Lee

     Frank “Bill” W. Lee, 83, of Chillicothe passed 3:40 a.m. Friday, December 19, 2025 at Adena Regional Medical Center.

     He was born November 9, 1942 in Ross County to the late Paul and Marguerite Rinehart Lee.

     Surviving are sisters, Carolyn Springer and Sonja (Dan) Hines, both of Chillicothe and special friend, Heather Hendren.  He was predeceased by sister, Shirley Bell.

     A celebration of Bill’s life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Jefferson Avenue C.C.C.U. Church with Rev. Dan Hines officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
