Glenn Rinehart Obituary

   Glenn E. Rinehart, 84, of Chillicothe, died 6:15 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 in Signature Healthcare of Chillicothe following an extend illness.

   He was born March 26, 1938, in Chillicothe, to the late Paul and Marcella (Bridenbaugh) Rinehart. On June 29,1957 he married the former June C. Oiler who died February 29, 2020.

   Surviving are sons, Paul E. (Cindy) Rinehart, Michael Glenn Rinehart, Mark A. (Yvonne) Rinehart and Brian (Ginger) Rinehart, all of Chillicothe; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother Jerry Rinehart, of Chillicothe; a sister, Juanita Morris, of Chillicothe and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Phyllis Rinehart; brothers, Howard, Joe, Roger “Pete” and Dale Andrew L. Rinehart.

   Glenn was retired form Boilermakers Local 105. He was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church and the Logan Elm Masonic Lodge #62401. He coached baseball for 50 years in the Chillicothe City League and coached for 40 years in the YMCA and the 49ers of the Scioto Valley Youth Football League. He also was an assistant football coach for Chillicothe High School.

   A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Brett Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Elk Cemetery, McArthur, Ohio. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday.
