Heather Anne Smith

     Heather Anne Smith, 47, of Chillicothe, passed at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2025 in the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe unexpectedly.

     She was born April 16, 1977, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Fred Arnold and Mary Anne Kepler Annon.

     Surviving are sons, Brad Annon, Bryce (Jaylene Anderson) Annon, and James Wine; a daughter, Shyenne Annon; fiancé, Jimmy Cook; a brother, Scott Kepler; a sister, Sabrina Annon; and several nieces and nephews. 

     Visitation will be held in the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025.  There will be no funeral service.
