Henry Waymon Bentley, 66, of Chillicothe, passed peacefully on Sunday morning, August 7, 2022 after a year and a half battle with cancer.
Waymon was born March 15, 1956 to the late James; and Jannie M. Cantrell Bentley who survives. On February 4, 1997 he married Martha Lowe who survives.
Surviving are children, Brandon (Betty) Bentley, Chad (Janell) Fisher both of Chillicothe and Jill Patton (Dave Spencer) of Piketon; grandchildren, Cadison and Caitlin Fisher, Danny Bentley, Hillary and Acey Gleason all of Chillicothe; sisters, Brenda Shoemaker and Lesa Adamson both of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Bentley; brothers-in-law, John Shoemaker, Edward Adamson; great nephew, Russell Leach.
Waymon attended Faith Chapel. He loved the Lord and loved his church family dearly.
He retired from CCI. Waymon loved old cars, especially Studebakers and collected them most of his life. He was known as the Studebaker man.
Waymon will be sadly missed by his family and friends. And especially by his wife who loved him dearly.

A memorial service will be held at Faith Chapel, 12913 Pleasant Valley Rd. on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 12 p.m. with Tom Kramer officiating. Waymon will be cremated per his wishes. Arrangements are under the direction of WARE FUNERAL HOME.
