Jack V. Dunham, Sr.

  Jack V. Dunham, Sr., 88, of Chillicothe, passed at 9:40 a.m. Sunday, July 14, 2024 at his residence following a several month illness.

     He was born May 27, 1936, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Ira Clinton and Rosa Wright Dunham.  On January 10, 1959, he married the former Ruth Ann Payne who passed October 16, 2006.

     Surviving are children, Lora Dunham, Lesa Skaggs, Jack V. Dunham, Jr. and Corey Dunham; grandchildren, Candace, Kaylee, Collin and Kelsie; numerous great grandchildren; a brother, Danny Dunham; a sister, Judy Large; and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a son, Clinton Ira Dunham and 6 brothers and sisters. 

     Jack retired from Mead Chilpaco and was a member of U.P.I.U. Local 988. 

     In keeping with is wishes, there will be no public calling hours or funeral service.  A private burial, where he will be laid to rest beside his wife in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
