Jack M. Lang

     Jack M. Lang, 79, of Chillicothe passed 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the CareCore at Westmoreland following a brief illness.

     He was born November 13, 1945 in Dresden, Ohio to the late Clyde M. and Eleanor M. Skinner Lang.  He married the former Martina Adkins who preceded him June 28, 2017.

     Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Kristine and Tony Gallaugher, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Sydney (Christofer) Estrada, Morgan Gallaugher, Courtney (Aaron) Hawk and their children, Wednesday and Ember Hawk; step-children, Jane Brown and John Stubbs; step-grandchildren, Taja Smith and Jessica Brown; sister, Janet (Ronald) Steinbrook, of Chillicothe; a niece and a nephew; his former wife and the mother of his daughter, Sharon E. (Smith) Lang; and a special friend, Carlina Adkins.

     Jack was in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam.  He retired from the Chillicothe Water Treatment Plant.

     Visitation will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
