Jacqueline "Jackie" Stevens

Jacqueline “Jackie” Stevens, 81, of Chillicothe passed 1:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton following a brief illness.

She was born October 24, 1944 in Chillicothe to the late Ora and Nellie Miller Carter.  On September 5, 1964 she married Steven M. Stevens who preceded her on May 17, 2017.

Surviving are children, Steven M. Stevens, Jr., of Chillicothe and Tonya Renee Prickett, of Waverly; daughter-in-law, Krista Stevens, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Hunter and Willow Stevens.  She was predeceased by son, Chris Stevens.

Jackie was a homemaker for her family.

Following the requests of Jackie there will be no public services.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
