James R. Stewart, Sr.

     James R. Stewart, Sr., 67, of Chillicothe, passed at 10:12 a.m. Sunday, July 13, 2025 at his residence unexpectedly.

     He was born January 10, 1958, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Robert L. and Theresa Latham Stewart.  

     Surviving are a wife, Charlotte Stewart, of Chillicothe; a son, Michael T. “Mike” Stewart, of Pasadena, MD; grandchildren, Mikey Stewart, Brandi (Will) Adkins, Zachary (Ashley) Stewart, Jordan Stewart, Michael Stewart, James Stewart, Izabel Stewart, and Harper Stewart; great grandchildren, Bryce, Waverli, Braxston, James, Wilson, Nevaeh, and AJ; brothers, John (Dorice) Stewart, of Pennsylvania and Howard Stewart, of Maryland; several nieces and nephews; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Peggy Vest, of Chillicothe.  He was predeceased by a son, James R. Stewart, Jr.; a sister, Barbara Stewart; and brothers, Robert, Joey, Chuck, and Frank Stewart.

     There will be no funeral service or calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
