James "Jim" E. Fornash

     James E. “Jim” Fornash, 73, of Chillicothe, passed on May 15, 2025 unexpectedly.

     He was born February 9, 1952, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Gladys Bridenbaugh Fornash. 

    Surviving are sons, Jeremy (Angela) Fornash and Jason Fornash; grandchildren, Jordan (Zachary) Staley, Draven Fornash and Jesse Fornash; and a great granddaughter, Iyla Staley, all of Chillicothe.   He was predeceased by wives, Karen Lee Fornash and Nancy Fornash and a special uncle, Otis Bridenbaugh.

     Jim retired from the Recording Workshop where he was the Maintenance Supervisor for 30 years. 

     Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025.  A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
