John T. Parks

     John T. Parks, 44, of Chillicothe, passed on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at his residence as the result of a heart attack as the result of clogged arteries.  His presence will not be forgotten.

     He was born November 28, 1981, to Frank and Wanda Parks.  In December of 2009, he married the late Sheri (Woods) Parks. 

     John loved his dad and mom, Frank and Wanda Parks.  He cherished his brother, Frank E. Parks; a sister, the late Amanda Parks; a daughter, Hannah Parks; nieces, Destiny, Kaiann; cousins, James, Faith, JJ and Allen; an aunt, Julie; and other aunts and uncles. 

     John worked at Olive Garden where he was loved and respected by his co-workers.  John loved his dogs and cats.  He had a kind heart and he liked to talked people. 

     Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2026 in Open Door Church with Pastor Mark Pfeifer officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at Open Door Church one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday.

     In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home.
