Joyce L. Hunt

     Joyce L. Hunt, 54, of Chillicothe, passed at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in the Adena Regional Medical Center unexpectedly. 

     She was born May 3, 1971, in Fairfield County, Ohio, to the late Delilah Ann Hunt. 

     She is survived by a sister, Angie M. Seymour, of Chillicothe; a brother, Bryan Seymour, of Circleville; aunts, Sue, Norma, Diane, Phyllis and Shirley; numerous nieces and nephews, including, Desiree, Aaron, Angel and Shawn; 9 great nieces and great nephews; her family from the Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities; and her faithful companion, her cat, Damon.  She was predeceased by her mom and dad, Delilah Ann Hunt and James Seymour and a brother, James M. Seymour.

     Joyce was a unique, feisty woman who knew what she wanted out of life.  She was a devoted care giver to her cat whom she loved dearly.  Joyce also loved to watch daytime talk shows and enjoyed making people laugh. She had many friends and will be dearly missed by them all. 

     A celebration of her life is being planned and the times will be announced on this website once they are known.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
