Judy A. Jones

     Judy A. Jones, 77, of Chillicothe, passed at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness.

     She was born May 28, 1947, in Columbus, Ohio to the late James T. and Mary J. Walker Cosgrove.  On January 16, 1965, she married Wilbur C. Jones who passed April 14, 2022. 

     Surviving are children James C. Jones, Kevin W. (Paula) Jones, Melissa J. (Bryan) Kight and Scott A. (Christi) Jones; sister-in-law, Jeanette Jones; brother-in-law, John Cantrell; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Nora Hostutler. 

     Judy was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Chillicothe, Ohio. 

     Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, March 21, 2025 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with her son-in-law, Bryan Kight officiating.    Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. prior to the funeral service on Friday.  A graveside committal service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Columbus.
