Judyth Deane Helm

     Judyth Deane Helm, 74, of Chillicothe, died 5:30 a.m. Monday, October 25, 2021 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

     She was born February 12, 1947 in Pensacola, Florida to the late Ralph Mark and Ardine Ezell Helm.

     Surviving are children, Holly Wheeler, of Waverly and Jerod Wheeler, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Kendrik Wheeler, of Chillicothe, Dhalia Hurley, of Waverly, Gage Wheeler, of Waverly and Aidan, Adrian and Addisyn Davis, of Waverly; great-grandchildren, Aahlyla, Jevahn, Evy, Halo and Elianna; a sister, Deanne (Mike) Webb, of Redondo Beach, CA; a brother, Richard Helm, of Virginia Beach, VA; an aunt, Bobbie Markham, of Waverly; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Linda Jo Robison and a brother-in-law, Ted “Motor” Robison.

     Judy loved deeply for her family, friends, and neighbors.  She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was.  Mom was adventurous and loved the outdoors.  Some of her favorite hobbies were sports, camping, fishing, mushroom hunting, gardening, and traveling.  Most of all she loved riding her Harley and horse Jesse. 

     Mom’s last act of kindness was giving the ultimate gift of donating her body to science at Ohio University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine. 

     We will always love and miss you mom.
