Karen L. Vest, 61, of Circleville, passed away 3:06 p.m. in her home on October 29 unexpectedly. She was the daughter of the late Charles E. Raines, Jr. and Antonio (Tomassi) Raines. She was born December 13, 1960.
She is survived by 2 sons, Jeremy Simmons and Jeffery Ray. She has 2 grandchildren and one on the way. An older sister, Kimberly (Timothy) Merritt. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Karen was a person who loved with all her heart, and had a good heart for animals and leaves behind multiple cats. She never hesitated to help anyone in need.
Karen had several jobs she worked at during her life, but the one she loved the most was a private home cleaner for the elderly. She also worked as a house flipper with her good friend, Bucky and as a nurse for 15 years. Karen will surely be missed by all that knew her.
Funeral services, conducted by the WARE FUNERAL HOME, will be held at the family’s discretion at a later date. Pastor Rick Hartley will officiate the service. Karen will be buried in St. Margaret Cemetery.
