Leola Lee Pollock

     Leola Lee Pollock, 98, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed 6:25 p.m. on Monday February 17, 2025 at her residence.

     She was born December 13, 1926 in Ross County, Ohio to the late Oscar and Dorothy Jordan Colvin. On April 3, 1946 she married the love of her life, Dale W. Pollock, who preceded her on June 3, 2022.

     She is survived by children, Gail (Ralph) Chaney, Judy (Charlie) Wade, Kenny (Brenda) Pollock, Candy (Russ) Riddle, Cathy (Eric) Bayless: 12 grandchildren: several great grandchildren and  great-great grandchildren.

     Leola was an avid reader, gardener, seamstress, quilter, painter and crafter. She was a world traveler and loved to go shopping.  Leola enjoyed square dancing in her younger years.

     The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to all of the wonderful caregivers who took care of Leola.

     In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Adena Hospice, 2077 Western Avenue, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.

     Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2025 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Jay Neff officiating.  Burial will follow in Twin Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 1 – 2 p.m. prior to the service on Friday.
