Mary L. Browning

     Mary L. Browning, 78, of Bainbridge, died 5:11 p.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness.

     She was born April 9, 1946 to June Richter who died when Mary was 5 years old. She was adopted and raised by her late grandparents Herman G. and Mary E. Harrell. On April 17, 1982 she married the love of her life, Charles Browning, who died October 11, 2021.

     Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Roger A. Jr. and Kimberly Dixon. grandchildren, Ky (Maddie) Smith, Rachel (Paul) Mergo, Ashley (Brandon) Bost, Daniel (Kaylah) Belcher, Ryan (Neysea) Dixon and Jacob Browning; great-grandchildren, Laiyla, Rowen, Charlie, Hallie, Sully, Luke, Nova and Raely; special friends, Kitty, Mikey, Katie, Norma Jean, Marilyn and Joyce who she cherished very much; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Gene and Junior Harrell.

     Mary retired from RCA where she worked from 1971 to 1986.

     Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Shane Browning officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ware Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
