Nancy Langdon Large Fornash

Nancy Langdon Large Fornash, 80, of Chillicothe passed 4:22 a.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at River Run Healthcare of Portsmouth.

     She was born July 13, 1944 in Circleville to the late Parmer Langdon and Mary Jane Rittenhouse McDaniel.  May 2022 she married James E. Fornash who survives.

     Also surviving are son, Shawn M. (Shawna) Large, of Panama, FL; grandchildren, Alanna and Kylee Large; sister, Jay Lynne Farr, of Georgia; special friends, David and Angie Gaul, of Chillicothe; and her pet, Nicky.  She was predeceased by father, Parmer McDaniel; mother and step-father, Mary Jane and J.C. Reynolds; sisters, Shirley Jean Conaway, Patricia Jane Driscoll and Sharon Kay McDaniel; George Sr. and Beulah Sommers, who practically raised her.

     Nancy was a retired beautician.

     Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Chaplain Jon Partlow officiating.  Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, February 3, 2025.
