Nancy J. Leasure

Nancy J. Leasure, 69, of Chillicothe, passed at 6:15 p.m. Sunday, October 13, 2024 in Signature Healthcare of Chillicothe following an extended illness.

     She was born September 7, 1955, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Gene and Pasty May Ward.

     Surviving are a sister, Virginia (Jeffrey Simmermon) Parks, of Chillicothe; a brother, Bobby (Martha) Shoemaker, of Chillicothe; step-mother, Glenna Vangundy; nieces and nephews, Rob Shoemaker, Donald (Renee) Shoemaker, Michael (Eve) Shoemaker, Jason (Tiffany) Shoemaker, Joanna Parks, Benjamin Hawk and Ashley Parks; and many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a nephew, Lex Hawk. 

     Nancy attended Hilltop Mission and High Street CCCU.    

     Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Aaron Hines officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be held at the WARE FUNERAL HOME one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday.
