Naomi R. Cottrill, 93, of Waverly, passed 3:15 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2022 at her residence.
She was born May 15, 1928, in Ross County, Ohio, to the late Orlando and Jessie M. Grubb Kellough. On June 18, 1946, she married James A. Cottrill who passed June 25, 1998.
Surviving are sons, James A. (Carol) Cottrill, of Naples, ME and Jeffrey A. (Lynda) Cottrill, of South Salem; a daughter, Patsy (Warnie) Pfeifer, of Waverly; grandchildren, including Kirk, Nicole and Tameron, whom she raised, Shawn (Angie) Baer, Aaron (Ashely) Baer, Evan (Natalie) Baer, Adam (Danni) Cottrill, Ethan Cottrill and Issac Cottrill; numerous great grandchildren, including Zack and Kambrah, whom she raised; a brother, Marlin O. (Norma) Kellough, of Chillicothe; a sister, Barbara Osborne, of Chillicothe; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by an infant grandson, Cameron Allen Cottrill; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred and Elsie Cottrill; and brothers-in-law, Fred Ray and Rich Osborne.
Naomi was a member of Huntington Chapel.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Brother Marlin Kellough officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
