Norma J Behmer

     Norma Behmer, 72 of Chillicothe, passed at 9:15, a.m. Monday, March 24th, 2025 at her residence unexpectedly.

     She was born May 7th, 1952, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Norman and Velma Tripp Crabtree. 

     Surviving are a daughter, Jeanine (Dana Andrew Sr.) Langford, of Frankfort; grandchildren, Sutton Behmer, Jazlyn Langford and Dana Andrew Langford II; several nieces and nephews; many special friends; and a host of church family.  She was predeceased by a brother, Larry Crabtree.

     Norma was a 1970 graduate of Chillicothe High School.  She had attended many local churches, including Church Triumphant, and most recently had been attending The Gathering Place in Washington C.H.  where she enjoyed singing in the choir.  Norma retired from Chilpaco where she had worked for over 40 years.  She was a member of U.P.I.U. Local 988.  Norma enjoyed caring for the ducks in Yoctangee Park.   

     A Celebration of Life will be held 6 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2025 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with her son-in-law, Pastor Drew Langford, Sr. officiating.  There will be no visitation.
