Patricia A. Mills

   Patricia A. Mills, 88, of Chillicothe passed away at 11:04 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2024 in L.G. Serenity Care following an extended illness.

   She was born March 1, 1936 in Ross County to the late Ralph L. and Bessie L. (Russell) Hess. On December 18, 1959 she married Paul L. Mills who preceded her in death on January 28, 2015.

   Surviving are children, Marsha L. (Roger) Hamilton and Gary Mills, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Stacie (Andy) Williamson, Brian Bliss, Jessica Hamilton, Nathan Hamilton, T.C. Mills and Chad (Heather) Mills; numerous great grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Daniels, of Chillicothe and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Terry Mills; a sister, Evelyn Detty; a brother, Lowell Hess and a daughter in law, Bonnie Mills.

   Patricia was a member of the Vigo Baptist Church.

   The family would like to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at L. G. Serenity Care and Adena Hospice.

   Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Lou Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 1 p.m. until the service time on Monday.
