Raymond C. Brown

     Raymond C. Brown, 68, of Chillicothe, died 11:58 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2021 in the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center following a brief illness. 

     He was born June 16, 1953, in Athens, Ohio, to the late Raymond O. and Vivian Cundiff Brown.  On January 2, 1994, he married the former Susan J. Haynes Lambert who survives.

     Also surviving are a daughter, Carrie (John) Moenster, of Hillsboro; a granddaughter, Lena Moenster; a step son, Michael Hollingshead, of Chillicothe; sisters, Sharon Guess Conrad, of Coshocton and Brenda Brown (Jack) Quimby, of Hudson, NC; a niece, Rene Conrad, of Cleveland and nephews, Randy Conrad, of Coshocton, William Guess, of Mobile, AL and Timothy Guess, of Fort Walton Beach, FL.  He was predeceased by brothers, Bud and Karon Guess and a step son, William Lambert. 

     Raymond retired from Kenworth Truck Company where he had worked for 45 years. 

     A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
