Rev. Larry Pearl "Pete" Edgington Obituary

     Rev. Larry Pearl Edgington, 80, of Chillicothe, died 4:52 a.m. Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his residence following a brief illness.

     He was born June 29, 1940, in Ross County, to the late Samuel B. and Wandalee McCloskey Edgington.  On September 14, 1958, he married the former Janet O. Walls who died May 9, 2008.      

     He is survived by his current and dearly loved wife, Emma; a son, Darren L. (Crystal) Edgington, of Chillicothe; a daughter, Julea J. (Jason) Foster, of Lancaster; grandchildren, Benjamin, Mandy, Caleb, Jillian, Glorious, Justine and Jared; and great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his eldest son, Duane Edgington; a sister, Sue Kellough; and a brother, Nate Edgington.

     Larry was a retired Pastor.

     Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with his son, Rev. Darren L. Edgington officiating.  Private burial will follow on Thursday.
