Reverend Timothy George Wyman

   Reverend Timothy George Wyman, 81, of Chillicothe passed unexpectedly Monday, April 28, 2025 and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

     He was born February 9, 1944 in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Alton B. and Julia Ann (McMann) Wyman.  On December 31, 1984, he married the love of his life, Roxanne Wyman who survives.

Also surviving are children, Michele (Jeff) Suttle, of Farmville, VA, John C. Wyman, of Marion, Rob (Shelly) Wyman, of Circleville, Averil (Theresa) Dunn, of Columbus and Andrea (Chad) Miller, of Powell; 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; brother, John A. (Jane) Wyman, of Fayetteville.  He was predeceased by granddaughter, Erin Brystol Suttle and sister, Susie “Teach” Willis.

     Timothy retired from Wendys and went on to serve in ministry for over 25 years, serving as Lead Pastor at Goshen Run Church of God in Londonderry, Ohio. 

     Timothy grew up loving the game of basketball and later in life enjoyed watching his kids and grandchildren in all of their extra-curricular activities.

     Most important to him was helping others learn about the love of Christ and salvation that is promised to us through His sacrifice.

     Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025 at WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor P.J. Rings officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
