Richard "Dick" L. Warner

     Richard L. “Dick” Warner, 88, of Chillicothe, passed at 11:53 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2025 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following several months of failing health. 

     He was born October 7, 1936, in Pickaway, County, Ohio, to the late Oakley J. and Dorothy J. Dailey Warner. 

     Surviving are daughters, Joyce Warner, of Chillicothe, Linda Warner, Karen Smalley, both of Washington C.H. and Angie (Eric) Adams, of Kingston; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; a brother, David (Lisa) Warner, of Massieville; a niece; and a nephew.  He was predeceased by his wife, the former, Carolyn Hilliard and a son-in-law, Steve Smalley.

     Dick retired from RCA / Thomson Consumer Electronics where he had worked for many years.  He enjoyed “pittering around” in his shed and loved a good argument.

     In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.  A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
