Robert Wayne Powell

     Robert Wayne Powell, 64, of Chillicothe, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ at his residence unexpectedly.

     He was born August 20, 1960, in Athens, Ohio, to Martha Powell who survives. 

     In addition to his mother, he is survived by his church family from Faith Chapel Church.

     Robert was a faithful member at Faith Chapel Church.  He was a very loving son and a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.  Robert loved animals and was proud of his Cherokee Indian Heritage. 

     Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2024 in Faith Chapel Church, with Pastor Tom Kramer officiating.  Burial will follow in Athens Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Tuesday.
