Rosa Darlene Lott, 75, of Chillicothe, died at 7:48 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at her daughter's residence following a short illness.

She was born August 14, 1946, in Chillicothe to the late James A. and Ethel G. (Fairchild) Adams. On June 25, 2005, she married Charles A. Lott, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Ronnie (her favorite daughter-in-law Judy) Ashworth, of Indian Lake; daughters, Tammy (Matthew Bollock) Ashworth, of Marysville and Sonja Kidder, of Jeffersonville; a stepdaughter, Holly (Jesse) Preston, of Chillicothe; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother James (Carolyn) Adams, of Jackson and an aunt, Betty Lewis, of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by a sister, Donna Watson and a brother, Ernie Adams.

Darlene was retired from Ross County Children's Services and was a member of the Richmond Dale Church of God.

Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday May 18, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor John Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Three Locks Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday.
