Samuel Carroll, Jr. 55, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on June 21st, 2021.  He was born May 3rd, 1966 to Samuel Carroll, Sr. and Frances Jane (Runkle) Carroll.

Surviving are a daughter, Kasey (Brock) Sparks; a son, Samuel "Jake" Carroll (Asia Martin), of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Madison, Mikey, Jake, Alexis and Josie; a great grandchild, Mason, all of Chillicothe; sisters, Penny Sullivan, of Chillicothe and Barbara Cowdrey, of Tennessee; brothers, Christopher and Corey Carroll, both of Tennessee; many nieces and nephews; and an abundance of friends, all whom he loved very deeply.  He was predeceased by his father, Samuel Sr.

In keeping with his wishes, Samuel will be cremated.  A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.  There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to help the family with funeral expenses.
