Sandy J. Conley Garrett, 61, of Dayton, formerly of Waverly, passed away at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2021 in Grandview Medical Center Hospital, Dayton following an extended illness.
She was born January 3, 1960, in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Surviving are daughters, Amber (fiancé, Abel Murillo) Coey, of Dayton and Miranda (CJ) Garrett, of Waverly; sons, Bobby Coey, of Waverly and Ryan Wimberly, of Piketon; step children, Anthony Coey, of Florida and Choncita Ackley, of Frankfort; 14 grandchildren including Kyler and Sienna Coey both of whom helped care for their grandma during her illness; 6 great grandchildren; a brother, Scott (Jennifer) Blazer, of New Albany; sisters, Sherri Ramirez, of Chillicothe, Sally Wimberly, of Piketon, Billie Hackman and Loretta Neff, both of Laurelville; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins including Kris Justice and Janie Hamner. She was predeceased by her mother and stepfather, Patsy and Richard Bethel; father, Don Neff; long time companion, Jack Coey; a brothers, Tank Neff and Steve Blazer; grandparents, Ruth and Merf Conley and Viola Coey; and several aunts and uncles.
Private calling hours will be held for family. There will be no funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
