Sharon A. Parker

     Sharon A. Parker, 65, of Clarksburg, passed away at 8:50 a.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 at her residence following an extended illness.

     She was born December 25, 1955, in Ross County, to James and Lorene Combs Lindsey.

     Surviving are her husband, Paul Parker, of Clarksburg; mother, Lorene Lindsey, of Clarksburg; children, Christina Parker, of Ocala, FL, Paul (Melissa) Parker, Jr., of Greenfield and Dean (Reannin) Parker, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Justin (Ashlynn), Zach, Kalie (Adam), Colton, Morgan, Maycee, Wyatt, Makayla, Kyle and Stacy; great grandchildren, Peyton, Asher, Alora, Brooklynn, Jace and Owen; brothers, John (Kathy) Lindsey, of Nevada and Steve Lindsey, of Frankfort; a sister, Eleanor Massie, of Clarksburg; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Pat Delong and Jerry Slater.  She was predeceased by her father, James Lindsey and 11 brothers and sisters.

     Sharon worked as a cook at the former nursing home in Clarksburg.

     A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will take place in Brown’s Chapel Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
