Teresa "T" Taylor

Teresa “T” Taylor, 71, of Chillicothe, passed at 10:43 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2025 at her residence unexpectedly.

     She was born August 29, 1953, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Lawrence E. and Nina R. Bowdle Taylor. 

     Surviving are a nephew, Justin Fout, of Chillicothe.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Karen Fout; an uncle, Robert “Bob” Bowdle; aunts, Ruth Robinson and Phyllis Free; paternal grandfather, “Jack” L.E. Taylor; and her maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Lucille Bowdle.

     T was a 1971 graduate of Adena High School and a 1975 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with her degree in Speech Therapy.  During her time at EKU, she was a member of the Phi Mu Sorority where she made many lifelong friends who she regularly kept in touch with.  T briefly worked as a Speech Therapist and Audiologist but went on to work in the Hospitality Industry in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for many years before she retired and moved back to Chillicothe.

     A celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
