Teri Jo Uhrig Gallaugher

     Teri Jo Uhrig Gallaugher, 59, of Chillicothe, lost her courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2021.  She is now healed and with her Heavenly Father.

     Teri was born on October 10th, 1961 to E. Neil and Joy Shoults Uhrig.  On December 18, 1981, she married her loving husband, Richard Gallaugher who survives.

     Also surviving are her son, Evan (Rebekah) Gallaugher; a daughter, Leslie (Chris) Younge, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Anna Jo and Trenton James Gallaugher as well as Brock Allan and Spencer Joy Younge; father and step mother, Neil and Marilyn Uhrig, of Chillicothe; and mother-in-law, Albie Gallaugher, of Clarksburg.  She was predeceased by her mother, Joy Uhrig; a brother, Scott Uhrig; and father-in-law, James Gallaugher.

     Teri loved the Lord and was an active member of Frankfort United Methodist Church.  She retired from Adena Local Schools after 32 years of teaching.  Her passion was her grandchildren and spending time with them as often as she could. 

     She will be greatly missed by her many family members and friends. 

     A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, Ohio, with Pastor Neil Foster officiating.  There will be no public calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
