Thelma D. Bush, 62, of Chillicothe, died at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born November 30, 1959 in Chillicothe to Shirley (Frey) Bush.

Surviving are mother, Shirley Bush, of Chillicothe; sons, Markie (Faith) Bush of Kingston, Anthony Bush and Shawn (Aimee) Carey both of Chillicothe; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Dottie Bush and Patricia Bell both of Chillicothe; brothers, Scottie Bush and Todd Bush both of Chillicothe.

At the request of the family there will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of WARE FUNERAL HOME.
