Tim M. Matthews, Sr.

   Tim M. Matthews, Sr., 57, of Londonderry, passed at 3:25 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness.

     He was born August 30, 1966, in Springfield, Ohio, to Arthur E. and Nancy Brown Matthews. 

     Surviving are his mother, Nancy Matthews; children, Aaron Matthews, Tim (Haley) Matthews, Jr., Mandy (Scott) Holbrook and Jessy (Sara) Matthews; step-daughters, Layce and Kayce Quincel; step-son, Austin Quincel;  longtime companion, Billie Jo Quincel; several grandchildren; sisters, Karen (Roy) Waddle and Cathy Gage; brothers, Steaven Matthew and Christopher Matthews; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his father, Arthur Matthews; brothers, James, Richard, Randy, Robin and Jason Matthews; and a sister, Lisa Trainer. 

     Tim worked for Liberty Township in Ross County.  Tim had many friends and the family was grateful for all whom came to visit with him recently.  He will be missed by all who loved and knew him. 

     A memorial graveside service, 11 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024 with Cheryl Brown officiating, will be held in Londonderry Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
