Toni L. Chamberlin

     Toni L. Chamberlin, 67, of Chillicothe, passed at 7:13 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness.

     She was born March 1, 1958, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Pearl and June Francis Rhea.

     Surviving are her husband, Mark A. Chamberlin, of Chillicothe; sisters, Cathy Pepin, of Chillicothe and Becky Baker, of Houston, TX; a brother, Todd Rhea, of Chillicothe; 18 nieces and nephews; 19 great nieces and great nephews, including a special great nephew, Kashtyn Rhea; and 9 great great nieces and great great nephews.  She was predeceased by brothers, Mark Rhea and Rex Rhea; and a sister, Kristi Rhea. 

     Toni worked at Frist Capital Enterprises for many years.

     The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to the staff of Adena Hospice for the wonderful care given to Toni and compassion shown to our family during this time.

     A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2025 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Adena Hospice Chaplain Cameron Caseman officiating.  There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME. 

     In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with burial expenses.
