Tony Lee Johnson

  Tony Lee Johnson, 65, of Chillicothe, died 6:23 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Adena Pike Medical Center following an extended illness.

   He was born June 8, 1956 in Ross County to Frederick L. and Betty F. (Grubb) Johnson. 

   Surviving are his parents, of Chillicothe; a brother Brian Keith Johnson, Chillicothe; a nephew, Drew Johnson; a niece, Jennifer Johnson; great nephew, Quinten; special friends, Rocky Penrod and Brent Hurley. He was predeceased by a son, Justin Johnson and step father Donald Johnson.

   Tony had numerous jobs. He was a kind and fun loving soul, who would help anybody. He always had a smile on his face and could fix anything. He will be sadly missed by his family and his dog Bandit.

   Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday.
