Tracey Jo Stauffer

     Tracey Stauffer, 64, of Belpre, OH passed at 6:21 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2026 at her home following an extended illness.

     She was born June 2, 1961, in Washington Court House, to Edwin and Peggy Russell Litter.  On June 16, 1979, she married Steven D. Stauffer who survives. 

     In addition to her husband, surviving are her father, Edwin Litter, of Londonderry; sons, Zachery Stauffer, of Belpre and Jason (Emily) Stauffer, of Circleville; grandchildren, Cougar (Meghan) Stauffer, Jaggar Stauffer, Jacob Stauffer, Griffin Stauffer, Sophia Stauffer, Sadie Stauffer, Larkin Stauffer and Everly Stauffer; a great granddaughter, Darcy Stauffer; sisters, Tammy (Rusty) Cox, of Londonderry, Patty (Mike) Sommers, of Londonderry and Julie (Paul) Arledge, of Chillicothe; in laws Scott (Kelly) Stauffer, of Chillicothe, Melissa (Don) Diehl, of Chillicothe, Jeff (Aimee) Stauffer, of Chillicothe, Kris (Mark) Mendenhall, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.   She was predeceased by her mother, Peggy Litter.

Tracey was a spirited, fun-loving woman who never hesitated to speak her mind. She had a love for animals, and for a time she owned and operated her own dog grooming business.  She enjoyed visits with friends and family, and those who knew Tracey best will remember the lively, outspoken woman she was.

     Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026 in the WARE FUENRAL HOME with Joseph Barker officiating.  Burial will follow in the Charleston Church of the Brethren Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Saturday.
