Vivian Joan Siders

     Vivian Joan Trefz Siders, 93 years old passed away on February 16, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.

     She was born in Adams County on April 28, 1927.  She married her high school sweetheart, James Harold Siders, on January 5, 1946 and they were happily married for 75 years.  She raised 5 sons and 1 daughter working as a full time home maker.

     She is survived by her sons, Michael (Kathy), Anthony (Connie), Andrew (Beth), Timothy (Ronda), Nathan Jan; her daughter, Althea (Larry Caplinger); 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.  Joan was preceded in death by her husband, James, who passed away on February 17th of this year and a grandson, Aaron Timothy Siders. 

     The family would like to express their deepest appreciations to Ross County Home Health, Adena Regional Medical Center and Union Township EMS for the exceptional care they provided for Joan on several occasions.

     A funeral service will be held for the family at the Richmond Dale Church of God 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2021 with Pastor Ron Cottrill and Pastor John Evans, Jr. officiating.  The service will be live streamed on the Richmond Dale Church of God Facebook page starting at 10:30 a.m.  A public graveside service will follow at the Little Mound Cemetery in Richmond Dale at approximately 11:20 a.m.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
