Obituary

     William L. “Wild Bill” Myers, 72, of Chillicothe, passed 5:25 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at his residence unexpectedly.    

     He was born June 17, 1950, in Ross County, to the late Donald and Vivian Titler Myers.  On March 1, 1972, he married the former Shirley Myers Perry who passed August 16, 2014.

     Surviving are children, Vyonna Myers, of Frankfort, Marvin Myers, of Chillicothe and Seigle D. Lowery, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Cayla (Nate) Scaggs, of Chillicothe, Brianna (Dalton Burger) Saltz, of Frankfort, and Jessica (Richard) Copp, of McArthur; great grandchildren, Jayden, Colton, Harper, Aliza, Richie and Rylan; and sisters, Kathy Ratliff, of Chillicothe, Candy McFadden, of Chillicothe, Thelma Dittbrenner, of Pine Bush, NY, Duena (Ronnie) Cottrill, of Chillicothe and Linda (Lawrence) Tackett, of Jackson; numerous nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Kim Perry, of Chillicothe.  He was predeceased by brothers, Butch Myers and Michael Myers; sisters, Pam Eakle and Carol Jean Flannery; and a brother-in-law, Roger Perry. 

     Bill served in the United State Army during the Vietnam War.  He had worked as a Boilermaker and Welder.  Bill was a member of AMVETS Post 4.  He had a passion for building mud trucks, tinkering with engines and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. 

     Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2023.  There will be no funeral services.
